As soon as he entered the building someone greeted him in a professional tone.
"Welcome to "Hope of Dawn" respected sir, if you have any questions you can ask me. Hope you find what you're looking for" greeted a girl clearly a worker here as could be inferred from her uniform and conduct.
"Hello there, could you tell me how this place works as I am new here" he asked.
"Surely sir, our establishment serves to fulfill the needs of the hunter's and also accepts commissions for various services that the hunter's want. Primarily we dabble in the business of selling gears and supplies to the hunter's while commissions are our secondary business." explaining so the girl asked "What might you want sir?"
"I was hoping to but some armors and weapons as well as anything that improves the odds of survival" answered Arman.
"If you want to buy armor you could either buy the already made pieces or you could specify yours preferences and commission an armor of gear to be made and the same goes for weapons as well. If you want to commission the armor and weapons you should go to the third floor where you could give out commissions for custom made merch while if you want to buy readymade armors and weapons you should visit the second floor and for other gears and such miscellaneous items you could check out the fourth floor and if you have any questions or are in doubt you could ask the staff members and they will try their best to help you and after making your purchases you should go to the counters on this floor to pay or haggle likewise you could also sell your items here as well. Also if you have any complaints you could go to the fifth floor where these things are handled and our bosses office is also on that floor" explained the girl.
Listening to the lengthy explanation Arman got the gist of how things worked here and after thanking the girl headed for the second floor first to check out the readymade goods.
"Wow that was both a short and lengthy explanation" commented Light.
"It did help us though as figuring that out ourself would have just wasted time" explained Arman.
Light remained silent as a means of acknowledgement.
Soon they reached the second floor and what greeted their sight there was the rows upon rows of armors, gears and weapons ranging from knights armors to high alloy armors from simple swords to miniguns and much more with hunter's seen browsing through them and buying whatever they wanted minding their own business while occasionally some would give out suggestions to others.
In the rows and rows of equipment Arman was mostly attracted to light weight high alloy armors and regarding weapons nothing seemed to catch his attention that much so he simply decided to custom make a weapon.
So browsing through the place he found a piece of a somewhat good set of light weight armor.
The armor was kind of like assassins armors that can be seen in MMORPG games being black in color with shades of crimson. It was a full set of armors that included head gear, wrist guards, shoulder guards, boots, chest guards and leggings.
Upon closer inspection he found that the armor was surprisingly light and flexible. Even when he exerted his full power the armor was fine and just for context after all those power ups Arman was really strong at the moment capable of crushing boulders to pieces with his full strength so from that the defense of the armor could be seen to be strong.
After observing and checking the armor he decided to check its stats.
Item Info:
Item: Light alloy armor
Rank: D Rank
Condition: New and well cared
Description: Armor made of light weight alloy boasting free movement and flexibility while granting exceptional protection against most D Rank enemies granting defense equivalent to 60 endurance points.
Looking at the armor info Armor was convinced of its usefulness and decided to buy it though first he went through the whole floor checking to see if anything was better but after seeing that it was the most suitable for him he took the number plate assigned to the armor which also showed its costs being 25000 merit points and kept if for further payment procedure at the first floor.
Right through Arman's first mission everyone in the team earned 10000 merit points being 1000 per person rescued and as Arman had done the most difficult job in the mission everyone gave him half of their points making his point total being 60000.
In case other's are wondering to buy the product here you have to first take the number plate attached to the product you are buying and then go to the first floor for payment after which the staff will pack and bring your purchased product while in case of custom made commissions the person you have commissioned will given you a token that you have to submit to the first floor to get the item you want and when your item is ready the shop will inform you and you can either come here to take it or they will deliver to your place btw delivery charges extra based on distance.
Anyways continuing towards the third floor to commission his custom weapon he though of various ideas and designs and finally decided on a weapon design that could work for both long range and short range fights.
And the weapon he decided to commission was a gun with a blade attached at the front kinda like the steampunk gun blade.
With that thought in mind he went up to the third floor and when he got there he saw many cubical offices separated from each other with people lining infront of different offices.
Asking someone there he learned that each office represents different commissionable items and services ranging from weapons and armor manufacture to mission assistance and information gathering services.
As he wanted to make a weapon he went to join the line outside the weapons commission office and after waiting for sometime finally his turn came.
