That was just life he supposed, in different stages you would care about different things. And while for most people those things wouldn't change so much, that was also because in different stages, their life hadn't changed so drastically. Was going from high school or middle school to being a working adult a big change? Yes! Was moving from one country to another a major change? Yes!
But compared to going from a working class individual to a cultivator, and living in the modern world of Earth to the somewhat medieval civilisation in the world of cultivation… the extent to which the world changed couldn't really be compared! One was clearly far greater a change then the other.
With his resolve a lot more firm now, Di Tou looked at the world and decided he wanted to change it. And not just in small and 'fun' ways like bringing flushing toilets to the world through toilet formations. He really wanted to change this world.
