After leaving, Di Tou wandered around and visited a few other sects, and by and large received the same rough details. Here and there the name of one of the sects would change, or there would be one more or one fewer sects, but the general gist was the same.
About sixty years ago, there was indeed a rather large exodus of wandering sects that had stopped in the region, and quite a few of them were very strong, containing experts that could rival the local ones. Although the local experts had the advantage in terms of cultivation, numbers, and the formations and support they could draw from this being their home ground, the simple fact was that these local sects and powers weren't aligned, and when push came to shove, no matter the alliance they would only care about their own sects.
