Letting out a low hum, Di Tou acknowledged what Branch Leader Gu said and thought about it for a moment, before realising that Branch Leader Gu had no reason to lie. The risks that it imposed to Branch Leader Gu as an individual, and this sect as a whole were rather great, as any falsehoods could easily be disproven, while there weren't really any benefits to get. After all, he didn't know if Di Tou had a grudge or if Di Tou owed a favor to 'Wu Kong' and the corresponding Golden Light Monastery.
Standing up, Di Tou cupped his hands and said, "Well then, thank you for sharing what you knew, sorry for the trouble. I will be going now."
Hearing this, Branch Leader Gu and the other balding old man let out noticeable sighs of relief, before trying their best to recover to their more stoic appearances, while the one lady stood up and said, "Let me lead you out Senior Di."
Letting out a small smile, Di Tou shook his head, and in an instant… he was gone!
