"This body is stronger than my previous one."
Norden had just spoken when his slender legs, resembling those of a mantis, pushed off the ground. His deep green body, leaving a blur behind, rushed toward the nearby railway under construction.
As he crossed paths with a forklift inserting the rails, strands of silver thread, fine as hair, connected between his arms.
With a flash of cold light, a large section on the right side of the two palm-wide heavy rails on the forklift was instantly cut off, the pure iron rails were as pliable as mud in front of him.
The forklift, losing its balance, was about to topple when transparent tendrils, sprouting from the ground, steadied it.
"Amazing, adapting well," Charles applauded, clapping his hands.
Charles had once used this body, so he certainly knew the benefits of it, the sharp attack ability it possessed, and being completely eyeless was also an advantage.
