Not to mention that Yila's "Death Trigger" was already known to most people; when Raphael just emerged from Yila's soul, countless spectators were watching the live broadcast.
Of course, when it came to the civilization within Yila's soul, most people still didn't have a clear understanding of what it was like.

The civilization within Yila, as described by Raphael, was an incredibly complex and hard-to-describe place... wonderful, yet not entirely so, making it hard to definitively say whether it was a "good" civilization.
