As the angels explained their history to Rex while the Game Master explained their history to the women. They gave a little extra details that the Game Mastef could not give but the story was the same.
"I, Kassandros, wish to become your subordinate. Do you wish to accept me?"
Rex looked at him and nodded. Kassandros was quite pleased.
"Cassandra please become a subordinate of Rex." Kassandros told her.
Cassandra decided to give Rex a chance.
"I cannot accept him truly because that was our deal when we became angels. I do wish to be around you, Rex. Will you allow me to stay by your side without becoming a subordinate?" She asked.
Kassandros did not know about the deal and it felt weird for him. The 4-winged angel in the back knew about this deal. Since Kassandros did not know than something weird must have happened when they became angels.
The 4-winged angel came forward to explain the deal. The 4-winged angel asked permission to speak to the group. Rex granted it.
"The deal that the woman is talking about is a deal not to betray the angel race and become a subordinate of another. However, the deal is also about angels who have too little power.
For Sire Kassandros, it could be that his power is too great for the angel race to contain. It could have also become a stranglehold to keep at least one of the greatest magic user Cassandra.
I do believe that either way. The deal was to at least keep the duo close by keeping one on their side. Unless someone or something told the true god who blesses the deal that something else was needed." The 4-winged angel explained.
Cassandra felt that this was weird for her to be forced to stay chained away while her brother could leave.
Kassandros was truly angered for this. He was ready to fight against everything to make sure that his sister could join Rex's side.
For Rex, he figured that either the Demon King of Will or someone from the past was able to meet them and get the deal from the woman instead.
"Everything is fine. We can figure it out later." Rex spoke.
The angels were shocked. Even more so, Kassandros. He was sure that Rex would be on his side but this hurt him a lot.
Rex seemingly noticing the anger in Kassandros told him, "I am not saying to I am going to ignore that your sister cannot join me right now. All I am saying is that we do not worry about it for now."
Kassandros felt that this was much better than the thoughts he had. Cassandra also felt that this was too much.
Meanwhile
"To believe that the demon who met me so many years ago could already have guessed that those two would become angels and want to be by this guy's side."
However, another voice interrupted the female voice, "It is right that they do not stay here in the heavens and become true gods. What interests me more is that the male is the same one who came forward years ago." This time it was a male voice.
The background seemed to shift not in a quake style but as if something moved towards them.
"Allow the female to be granted a position as his follower." This voice echoed in a feminine voice.
The background shifted again and the true gods shifted uncomfortablely. They began to speak in a language that seemed similar to English but had different languages within that speech.
Back in the room with the angels
A glow developed Cassandra. This shocked the 4-winged who knew that the true gods were speaking with the angel in front of everyone.
As the glowed faded, a frown appeared on the face of Cassandra. Kassandros did not want to speak but stood by Rex's side with a frown as well.
"I was given a task by the true gods. First, I must witness your Game Master ceremony and then I must be given a position within your court as a Game Master. That is the task that I was given." Cassandra spoke.
She was upset that this was the case but she did not dwell on it. Rex even looked confused but this was something that he needed to get done.
As for the Elder Maiden with Rex, she was worried about having a court around him. This was no longer just a Game Master ceremony coming up. This was a game changing Master of the Game Board coming up.
"To think that the Master of the Game Board would be the same one whom I had chosen. Too bad that I have to be by his side instead of being able to watch how the worlds change." Frulen spoke in a whisper.
