"A wise decision," Nastisha said with a smile. "I don't want anyone going to the battlefield, especially my students. The normal service period for conscripts is two years, but for the Cosmic Army, it starts at five. Of course, you'll be enlisted in the reserves first; you'll train occasionally, attend classes as usual, and not have to worry about life's difficulties."
"May I make a request?"
Li Aozi asked:
"My friends—Hobbs and Lucite, they're currently missing. Can you transfer their belongings to me? I want to try to look for clues and find them."
"Certainly."
Nastisha raised her hand, and a blue-feathered merlin appeared out of thin air. After she gave it a few instructions, the merlin immediately flapped its wings and disappeared.
Moments later, the merlin returned to Nastisha's arm, bringing with it a backpack.
Li Aozi recognized it at a glance as Lucite's oversized backpack, nodded his head, and thanked Nastisha:
"Thank you, Dean."
