Chapter 14 - 04-07-2022

I jogged for about 2 hours this morning with approximately 11 KM distance and starting this particular cardio again just sucks especially with how heavy I am and how fast I get tired and go out of breath but still it is one way to improve myself and it is something that I hate that is why Im gonna do it you know. Do the things that you hate and you fear and you will improve faster and be better faster.

I also did an hour of body weight exercise at evening 6-7pm . My body starts to feel the pains and results of my exercises and instead of feeling it as a pain I feel like it is something that is making me stronger and I really like this kind of feeling.
