Chapter 13 - 04-06-2023

Just did 30 Minutes of jogging and 30 mins of dumbell workout, noticed some thing that I can improve in the next work out.

I'm just starting to adapt in doing exercise and it is a very shocking for me because for a long time I am used to just go to school and after arriving home just go straight to eat and then just lay in bed untill supper. And it really reflected in my body.

I am currently considered an obese and I am trying to regulate my lifestyle so that I can manage my time and be more active.

ok enough of that for today. I don't know if someone will even goin to read about it I'm just making it as my journal. I don't know if people will be motivated if they read it . not that its is very motivating but we don't know if for some reason people might be motivated after reading it.
