As they watched January laugh a chill creeped into their bodies. January stopped laughing and continued walking.
"What's going on?" asked June quietly. Everyone looked away from Hayley, and January looked at her directly. "What are does monsters and what did they do t the others?"
January gave her a dry pity smile, but it look more like she was curving her mouth. "We'll, you see-", "Don't bother explaining anything!" Hayley cut in angrily.
"Let's leave this place,it gives me the creeps." June said as she walked forward. "What are you waiting for January you know the way out, lead."
January simply have June a look as if saying ' don't say my name as of we are familiar with each other '
As they walked out if the school they were met with a lot of destruction. The grass was scorched black, buildings were torn apart and many people were laying dead on the ground.
"Damn..." Jaxon cussed softy as he stared at the dead bodies, "We're never gonna find out what happened here, and we might never find our way out of here!"
"Really, just by looking at what happened in the canteen l can already guess what happened here." Siera continued, "Plus January is are only hope of getting out of here."
"She's right," June sighed "Let's go."
January took the lead while the others shivered as they passed by the dead bodies.
"It feels... colder than before," Jaxon broke the silence after a few minutes of walking. The rest ignored him but Hayley turned and looked at Jaxon blandly. "Sorry, let's move on." Jaxon raised his hands in defeat as they continued walking.
