Olivia Ward chatted with Alexander Franklin for a bit before leaving his room.
On her way back to her room, she ran into Ms Ward, who was standing at her room's doorway.
Olivia Ward invited Ms Ward into her room, wrapped herself in blankets, and sat cross-legged on the bed: "Grandma, it's late. You should rest. We can chat tomorrow just the same."
Ms Ward sat on the edge of her bed: "Tomorrow is New Year's Eve, the house will be busy and chaotic, so there won't be time to talk to you alone."
Olivia Ward patted the space next to her, saying: "It's cold, grandma, come up and wrap yourself with me to chat secretly."
Ms Ward smiled: "No, I'll just have a little chat with you."
