Arturo Taraki Baguinda-Byeon, a Korean-Filipino from the Philippines, had travelled to Yokohama, Japan, to attend university. But before that, he found that he had a distant relative on his mother’s side. That relative was Atsushi Nakajima, an orphan who is now a detective for the Armed Detective Agency. So, before attending his first day of class, he searched for him and that agency. After some time, he did so and became friends with Atsushi and his agency. Arturo also took a part-time job as an analyst to help with his living costs.
  But that decision had placed him as an enemy to the Port Mafia and other criminal syndicates and organizations. But will Arturo defend himself and his friends and social circle with his two gifted abilities?
