Chapter 4 - Training 1

3rd person POV;

Year 1

" 78...79...83...84....93...98....99....100!, haah haah ha," Sora just finish doing squats while Bofu is on his shoulder, He adjust its weight to 50 kilogram. It has been a month since he arrive in one piece. Sora is doing a 100 per set in his workout then he takes a rest and eat, after eating he will start another set until sundown. This is his routine for the whole month.

Sora was amaze at how adaptive his body was, he always carry Bofu around evertime he train his body. In first week of his training he set Bofu's weight at 10 kilogram, then 20 at 2nd week and 3rd at 3rd week and so on.

Now it is first week of 2nd month of his arrival in one piece. He carry the 50 kilogram Bofu and start running along the shore of the island for his daily run. Carrying a weight when running in sand makes it harder for Sora since his feet always submerge due to the weight, but he still persevere in his daily training.

He also hunt small animals that near the edge of the forest, he still did not go to explore deeper in the island, he knows that he's still too weak to fight those beast in the center of the island. Just like that months pass by

It has been 4th months since his arrival in the island, he has been constantly increase the weight of Bofu when he works out and currently Sora is running along the shore with Bofu in his hand. Sora has a hard time running in the sand since his feet gets submerge up to his ankles due the weight he carries. After half an hour, Sora completes his 10 kilometer run for his last set of the day. Sora still did not start his sword training, he wants to first build up his body foundation, he also starts doing Yoga workout during the start of 3rd month. Sora remember that in the book he bought from ROB, a balance strength and flexibility is needed for a perfect body foundation. After starting Yoga workout, Sora feels that its much easier to move around and he is much comfortable to move his body in different way he wants.

After half a year of body training, Sora can see the development of his body. He has lean and tone muscles in his body. Although he was only slightly buffer compare to his first day here in the island, his muscles are more compact, denser and harder.

Sora decided that he is ready for sword training, he already memorize the basic form of swordmanship.There are basically 8 angles of attack with a sword when cutting - straight down, straight up, diagonally down to the right, diagonally down to the left, diagonally up to the right, diagonally up to the left and left and right strikes horizontally and lastly is a stab movement.

Sora continues to develop his foundation in swordmanship and body for another half a year.

One year after his arrival in the One Piece world. Sora can be seen swinging Bofu that weight 500 kilogram, " 986....987....988..994.. .997...998...1000! Haah! haaa! hah!" After gasping for air, Sora took a deep breath before sitting down in the shade of the tree.

Sora has been improving steadily, if he compare himself to the protagonist of One piece, he can now compare to Zoro when they are at drum kingdom arc. Can now swing Bofu at 250 kilogram when fighting. He also starts to hunt beast at the outer area of the island as food supply helping him develop more muscle and gaining body mass. It also helps him gain experience by fighting those beast.

During those hunt, Sora finally see the usefulness of his skills, with the combination of his enhanced reflexes, reaction time and instinct, Sora manage to fight those stronger and faster beast in inner area and survive, those battle helps him train his skills and he steadily gain experience in life and death battle. Although it was him always running away in the end of the day, he is still happy of his progress.

Year 2

During the first month of his second year in this island. Sora decided to start his observation training, uses a blindfold during his workout, he also block his nose and ears when he was training his haki. Sora knew that observation haki is like a six sense of a human. He needs to perceive the world without relying in his basic senses. He only took off the blindfold and blocker when he is eating, he also tries to run on the edge of the jungle during his haki training, at first he always bump into a tree, even though his instinct helps him perceive, he can't accurately sense his surrounding.

Time past as Sora continue his training, it has been a year and a half since his arrival in One piece, during this time he develop more muscles. Sora now has a 8 packs and his body now looks buffer but also remaining lean. He has also tries eating sea beast in the edge of the shore,

Sometimes when he trains ,some sea beast gets near the shore, Sora won't let it escape as sea beast is more nutritious than land beast, though it still taste like land beast meat, He will use Bofu at 1 ton sending a vertical air slash to the sea beast.

Yes, Sora already learn how to do air slash although just the basics because he is reliant to the weight of Bofu, he learns after his fight against a giant armadillo like beast, Its skin is like an steel armor and I was force to run away. After that battle, Sora tried to remember when Zoro cuts Mr. 1, He comprehend the rythm of the steel. After that, Sora tries to meditate and hear the rythm of Bofu and the stones of the cave. He continue this for 3 months with little progress, until he remember that Zoro has near death experience at that time and he hears everything loudly, the beating of his heart.

Sora then remember the breathing technique from Demon Slayer, when their heart bpm exceed a human possible heart bpm, they will have a mark and above that is the see-through world, where one can see through the muscle of your opponent and his movement.

Sora got excited over his discovery, it just like how Zoro perceive the rythm of the world, breathing technique can help achieve one see through the world. Sora got started his breathing technique training, first is he need to increase his lung capacity, then inhale a large amount of Oxygen and holds it inside our body as long as he can and exhale slowly.

Sora try breathing technique for the first time, he felt like his lungs is gonna explode due trying over using the technique, after that he steadily train his lungs to expand and contain more oxygen. Sora achieve cutting through steel after his first try of breathing technique. He also find that armadillo for revenge it become his dinner that day.

Just like that another year has pass.
