Three consecutive days passed, and Elliana Lyle finally broke down on this morning.
The reason for her breakdown was that Nancy played a romance movie, which moved her to tears.
"Oh come on~ it's just a movie, how can you cry like this?" Nancy comforted her while handing her tissues.
The trash can was already full of tissues she'd used to wipe her tears and nose.
After blowing her nose again, the tip was so red it was unsightly, and quite painful, with that sour, swollen pain that's hard to bear.
She choked up and said, "Nancy, I miss Norman Bennett."
"You miss him, huh? Then give him a call, or I can take you back to North City now, okay?" Nancy gently soothed her emotions.
But the last suggestion made her shake her head. She didn't dare see Norman Bennett yet... she hadn't decided how to face him, after so long, she had almost convinced herself that Norman Bennett knew about that place.
