They had rail guns fitted along with antimatter missiles and Atrophe bombs. The moons had EMP bombs, scanners and cutting lasers. We released a debris field so it can disrupt their scanner. They won't know the location of our weapons until it is too late. I had engineering release unmanned ships as sentries to guard the places I deemed as blindspots. They sent constant visual imaging.
The final was Nocny itself. Incognito cameras. Special sensors to detect none residents. Heavy security on the border to forbid any sort of trespassing. I had planted poisonous trees and vines just to discourage entry. Any path that allows outsiders to get in was lined with houses. Every one of them filled to the brim with soldiers. An army ready to blast them to the next system. Over a hundred I have ordered enough genetically modified ones to fill all the systems. I just made sure the others find out if they opposed us. It was kicking an ant hill. I did a body count. When we came to Nocny we had seven hundred thousand Nocturnals. But now there are a hundred septillion of us. Everyone one of us war ready. I have to admit I wasn't happy making sure that everyone was a trained soldier. But I have seen enough to know I want them to be able to defend themselves in their pursuit of happiness.
