What happened in Blink, exactly?
The scene depicts Theo pointing a gun at Draco's head. On the other side, Rose's body was in Neil's arms. Fuck, she's my wife. How dare he? But what in the world is going on here?
"Mrs. Rose, are you okay?" Neil and Theo are staring at each other as if they are communicating with their eyes. Neil nods, and I hear the click sound. Fuck.
"What the fuck is going on here? Someone at least inform me."
"Mrs. Rose is under our protection. Before something or someone touches her, it's our responsibility to take it on ourselves." Neil looked at me because my burning eyes were watching his arms as they went around her body. He's clutching Rose to him like... Jesus. I want that fucking gun pointed at his head. Jealousy? What's?
"Mr. Ronald, please take Mrs. Rose inside." Now the bastard is telling me. But I'm not going to let Draco off the hook.
"Don't touch her ever, or I'll kill you here." When I came into contact with love through her motionless body, emotion surged through my veins once more. Why am I not hating her? Why am I still mad about my feelings towards her?
"And you, Draco, remember my warning here. Don't get in front of me, or the next person with a gun will be me. Taking her in my arms, I came into the office.
"Rose! Are you okay?" She's unconscious and cold. What happened to her? Is she taken aback by the prospect of hitting?
Draco? Why did he affect her so much?
"Mr. Ro..." Before Neil finishes the words, my hands grab him by the collar.
"How dare you touch her? She's mine. Put your hand on."
"Mr. Ronald, she's my client's wife, and her protection and safety are more important to me." It's the first time he's talked to me like that. He's now on her side.
"I'm sorry if something went wrong from my side, but it happened suddenly."
"Mr. Ronald, the doctor..." He stops when we hear a voice. It's Rose. She's trying to get up. Turning towards her, I sit on my knees near the couch where I put her.
"Hey baby! Are you okay? What happened? You faint." Her head rested on my shoulder, as if she were having a good time. She mumbled something so low.
"Rose.."
"Nothing happened." She refused my help while getting up. Feet fumble with each other but still keep working when the light's gone out. She's gone? What happened suddenly?
"Rose!" The door closed, and my voice locked inside the office. Wait! What about my anger? So easily, my emotions changed when I saw her in danger. Am I changed? My anger was overshadowed by the gentle words.
"There is no need for a physician." Be careful around her. Tell me if something happened, and you both pointed towards Theo and Neil.
"Stop touching my wife. You know how much I'm mad when it comes to what's mine." Both went along with my warning. I've spent the entire day observing their activities. Neil and Theo are much more active now than they were previously. Theo walks in and out of the office. What's going on? What the hell is she doing? And the game she's playing was exposed when some people came into my room holding a document.
"What's that?"
"Mr. Ronald, we're here to investigate Mrs. Laura. We need your sign." What the fuck? The woman next to me on the floor raised her voice and walked away from me.
"Are you out of your mind? Who told you? Why?" I know the person behind this nonsense. My anger changed in a flash.
"The board of directors and the owner of Parker's want to investigate Mrs. Laura. We're having proof against Mrs. Laura because she takes so many decisions and does illegal activities that harm the company's reputation and many people's. We need your sign because you were in charge of so many projects with her." The damn! Ignoring them, I went directly to her office. She's drinking something while Neil is sitting close to her, showing something on a tablet. Now it makes me doubly mad.
"Out." She looked between us and nodded.
"What the hell is that?" Gaze moved to the document, then to me.
"It's my decision, and I need you to cooperate with them also. Don't make me tell everyone who your wife is."
"So you're blackmailing me." She's sitting like a boss. The expression was calm on her face, but on mine, it was killer. Why is she not my Rose?
"Yes, and do whatever I want. Remember my company." A sound came when she took a large sip and, after that, threw the empty cup in the bin.
"Wasteful things always cover space. Don't we need to get rid of them?" Fucking hell! My fist landed squarely on the table.
"She's my mom. Where's the proof?"
"Don't worry, tomorrow you will sign the papers with your own hands. "Now, if there's nothing else, please..." The door opened, and Neil came inside. That motherfucker is walking on the path of hell. There's nothing I can do now. What if she had proof then? She walks with the confidence of a Wonder Woman.
The time flew by, and my opportunity to save my mother passed me by second by second. Why has she changed so much? Mom called me for a drink at her house. I think it's best if we talk about what's coming next. Theo went outside in front of mine to get food for her. She's eating so much. Getting rid of her is the best option for me now. Taking the car, I turn towards Mom's house. But inside, I found Draco and his son sitting with Mom and Jenna, all drinking.
"Come, Ronald, we're just waiting for you." I need to talk to Mom about the investigation. She's unaware of the war.
"Mom, I need to talk to you." She handed me a glass.
"Ronald Jenna wants to talk to you first." Darco and his son were watching me with different eyes. On the other side, Jenna was waiting for me. How do they all come together? They're surely planning for something.
"Ronald, I know it's not your fault. Because of that bitch, I almost lost you on our wedding day. But she's like that, always taking what others have. Don't worry, we'll find a way to get rid of her." Get rid? What does that mean? My eyes are running over every face that's smirking. They want to get rid of that person, who has been in my life since I was born. Am I shaking in fear?
"Mom today.." My words ended when Theo came inside. What's now? He came and whispered in my ear, which burned my body.
"What happened, Ronald? You look like a mad bull." I take a call from him when I come outside.
"What do you want?"
"You're such a motherfucker, Ronald. Leaving your newlywed wife at home while you're drinking with your mom. Why not take my chance?"
"Touch her, or I'll kill you."
"Then why not take her out and..."
"Brooks!"
"I'm in your apartment watching your wife. Damn, she's perfect."
"I'm going to kill you if you touch her."
