the voices were a bit clear now and I could make out what they were talking
"THIS IS NOT THE SAME TANYOKA, STOP HALLUCINATING!!" ED yelled at Pakoroshi
She shook her head and looked at everything going on and the next thing she knew Masuke and Aashida were going to attack her when I interrupted and yelled.
"IT IS NOT HER FAULT YOU DUMASSES, SHE SAW SOMETHING THAT MADE HER SCARED OF ME!" I yelled so in a very broken manner since my jaw was hurting
"Everyone go sit where you use to, I am bringing ice" ED commanded us
It didn't take a genius to figure out that war had broken out between the girls, masuke was angered as well of course but Aashida was a bigger hothead.
ED bought the ice and I placed it on my jaw.
"Now that everyone is seated again. Pakoroshi I need you to calmly explain to us what you saw." Ed asked
"I was running away from tanyoka at incredible speed and some man in a suit and some Chinese god's mask thing he was wearing. He wasn't running rather took huge leaps, something like a rocket but it landed every time it lost momentum and took off again. He managed to reach my speed and tackle me. I fell and crashed into a car of a suburban street. I looked at him and asked Who are you, he took off his mask and looked at me, eyes glowing purple, it was Tanyoka and he smiled at me just to put the mask back on. I yelled that I won't give him my powers or something, he pulled out a katana and stabbed me through the knee, and pulled it out. Then in order to not let him get my powers whatever that was, I tried escaping with a broken knee. and re continued the chase, when it was obvious he would catch me again. I jumped straight up an incredible jump, I think my leg fell off as well. I had escaped the earth's atmosphere and I was moving at speeds I can't imagine. After that it was blank. But I felt an immense burning sensation, safe to say that speed vapourised me, I suicided because of Tanyoka." She explained to us, there was fear in her voice.
Then I began to question myself, was my mentor a good man or not. In my eyes, if great power for selfish desire comes at the cost of blood, it is worthless. So maybe my mentor isn't really a good guy I thought to myself. And then I realized something
Even though the story was told by Pakoroshi, everyone had their eyes on me, even ED.
"Guys I wouldn't kill any of you for power I promise," I say nervously looking at all of them.
"I need to go to the cabin now landing in a very short while," ED told us and left for the cabin
We set the chairs in landing positions and Pakoroshi came to my seat and apologized for everything
"I am really sorry, in my head I had practically seen you and that memory was so scary that when I saw you who looked exactly like him, I couldn't tell the difference and I punched."
I showed her a thumbs up, talking was definitely a 3-day rest thing from what I understood from the pain.
"he says it is fine, he knows that you meant no harm so he isn't mad at you nor does he blame you" Aashida spoke and me and pakoroshi looked at her in shock. I was surprised on how she understood what I was thinking, it is one thing to understand someone and another thing to know word to word what is going on in their mind.
"Mind powers, remember?" Aashida told, "Ohh yeah, pretty handy power lol, I will get back to my seat now." Pakoroshi replied
"It is not a 3-day thing it is a week thing, plus chewing with that jaw will result in it completely breaking," Aashida told me. And in my mind without having to move a muscle I asked her "So do I only drink now? or Saline?"
"No I will make you sleep now, and by sleep I mean unconscious. While that happens I will put ur body on overdrive mode to help you heal on the spot." She talked to me in my mind
"ED I need you to bring Tanyoka food with generous amounts of proteins and carbohydrates. His body needs it for the healing process." She told him speaking out loud.
"Glad to see you are learning ways in which you can use your powers in daily life in order to exercise your power, I suggest others to do it but only in very controlled amounts as a wrong step may lead to trouble," ED told us and I felt sleepy
I felt very relaxed all of a sudden when I heard Aashida say "I will wake you up once we get the food which should be within an hour, or you will wake up yourself"
Everything went blank, no noise no vision no thoughts just my blank mind and I fell asleep like a baby.
