A young Shaun wakes up coughing and rubbing his stinging eyes, looking around his pale blue room clutching his favourite Gengar plushie, he notices his room is filled with black smoke, going towards the door in an attempt to get to his mother Shaun notices smoke rising from below his door, covering his mouth with his arm he clutches at his door handle only to yelp in pain from the searing heat coming from the fire on the other side.
Looking at his hand he sees the door handle imprint in his small hand, gritting his teeth he ignores the pain and grabs the handle with all the determination he could muster and rips the door open only to be hit with the insuing fireball from the influx of oxygen feeding the flames, flying back and smacking against the wall, landing in a heap at the foot of his bed, Shaun grimaces from being burned by the flames, he raises his head and sees the roaring fire that now was lighting up his room.
Gazing around quickly Shauns eyes land on the window above him, looking back at the fire and then the window, he jumps up and dives through the window hoping that the fire hasn't gone throughout the whole house, dashing around to the front of the house Shaun sees his mother standing outside with a blank expression on her face watching as the flames grow higher and higher, the right side of the house collapsing in on its self and being consumed by the flames, Shaun stops momentarily and looks from his mother to the house and back wondering why his mother is just standing there and hadn't tried to wake him.
His mother seeing movement to the side turned her head towards it and her eyes widened at the site of Shaun standing frozen in his pj's and still clutching his plushie, a frown creases her brow "Why are you awake" his mother says, slight annoyance in her voice, Shaun looks at her, confusion evident on his face, "I..I woke up with smoke in my room" stutters Shaun not sure why his mom is mad, his mother turns in his direction and starts stalking towards him.
Shaun backs up thinking he's going to get a smack from his mom, "You should have just stayed asleep, now I have to do this by hand" snarls his mother, Shaun watches as claws abruptly grow from her finger tips and her mouth and jaws contort to reveal new sharp canines, her neck bulging from her new muscles, and, watching in horror, Shaun stares as his mother grows in height by 3 feet, leg muscles ripping through her jeans, dark brown fur visibly growing, a blood curdling growl erupts from her mouth as her orange tinted eyes lock on Shaun.
Shaun takes off running in fear at the site and words of his mother, running as fast as his little legs will carry him, he didn't get very far, barely 10 feet before being crashed down apon by his Lycan mother, gripping his head his mother lowers he maw to his ear and growls "I should have killed you in the womb" before biting down on his neck injecting her Lycan venom into him, knowing that he is a vampire, which is a slow agonising death for his kind, screaming rings out into the night and Shaun writhes in pain, but something unexpected happens, as Shaun is beating the ground with his fists his back bulges and his muscles tighten before an almightly howl rings in the night.
Shauns mother looks on in horror as he rises from the floor and breaking free of her hold, the newly transformed Shaun looks as his mother with orange and red eyes, a mixture of his 2 blood lines, orange on the outside and red on the inside, Shaun lunged at his mother, razor sharp claws slashing and trying to wrench flesh from her body, his mother jumps back using her experience against her newly turned son but as her feet land back on the ground Shaun appears behind her at blinding speed bringing the back of his fist smashing against her face, sending her careening back towards the burning house, she smashes through the front wall into the flames being set ablaze from the flames coming into contact with her fur.
Screaming she dives back outside and starts rolling around trying to put herself out but before she can Shaun had dived towards her and mid roll, digs his claws deep into into her throat and ripped, tearing her vocal cords and windpipe clean out in an explosion of blood and sinue, with a triumphant snort Shaun lifts his snout to the crescent moon in the sky and lets out a long mournful howl as the house finally crashes down sending embers into the sky.
