Beleth felt moved to tears by the words of his former Paramore. Their relationship hadn't really been a relationship. Hella did what he told her to do. Whatever he wanted whenever he wanted. At the time of their initial meeting he had been so consumed with helping King Leopold overthrow his neighbors, as well as making more demon span for his army that he did not have time or emotions for her.
Hella was well aware of the situation. Being a low-level demon had its advantages, one was being able to gossip about the high-level demons. Rumor had it, that Beleth never shared his bed. He was notoriously handsome and could have any being he wanted. He preferred power to passion. Hella thought she could be hi passion and they would share in his power.
