This dinner gathering mainly involved a few key creators of "The Doctors". Aside from Director David Locke, the rest were the main creators.
Adam Piers was not in the country, and the two old troupers had gone abroad for acting, so the only ones present were David Locke and his wife, Bertha Swift, and Brian Joule.
Brian Joule and Bertha Swift met at the entrance and entered the private room together. David Locke and Mary Scott were already there and were slightly surprised to see them together.
"Met at the entrance," Bertha Swift explained casually upon seeing Mary Scott's curiosity.
Brian Joule chimed in; he had heard about Bertha Swift being with Adam Piers, and any previous feelings he had were now restrained. Now he treated Bertha Swift with restraint and courtesy, purely as friends.
