Taking a soothing shower, I washed my hair, and scrubbed myself clean. I was pleased to see my hair settling down, as I dried and curled it. Changing into the fresh clothes then putting back on the cardigan since it was free of a stain, then finishing the outfit with a pair of boots. I walked out to the meat filled air and smiled.
I hadn't eaten for the past five days, my stomach made such loud noises that it interrupted the conversation between the couple. I heard the door open and could smell it was my father. The one thing I've noticed with the change, is smell, hearing, and sight, all of these advanced sometimes overwhelming me.
"That smells amazing Clove," Alex hugged the woman and gave a handshake to Ryan. "Have room for one more?" He asked in a polite tone and she nodded. She turned to me and have me an apple to settle me off.
Clove was a striking beautiful woman, she had those soul reading green eyes that caught my attention at first, but I continued to study the rest of her. She had long black hair that was straightened and hoop earrings, medium size.
She looked well fit, for being pregnant. I agreed with the match, they both complimented each other. I knew by their appearance they were a powerful couple.
"Thank you." She bowed, then walked off. I could hear clanging in the kitchen, but I turned my focus on the men in front of me. I started eating the apple and waited for someone to speak.
"Shall we get started?" Alex grabbed a seat at the table as the rest of us. "Daughter, your form is not what we expected. You're bigger than what I was at my prime age, and there is also so much dominance flowing from you, making you a higher Alpha, eventually. However we should start from the beginning." He looked to Ryan for him to continue.
"Your Mother came to us when she was going to give birth to you, asking to place a spell on you. If you were in fact a pure blood you would shift on your moon week at the age of fifteen. What we did not expect that suppressing your shifting would make you shifting more painful. Although it normal, we just didn't give you any more suppressants and we don't plan on to." He paused and let both of us understand where this was going.
"You're saying that I have to deal with this every moon cycle?" I looked at him and he took a moment.
"As a pure blood you can shift anytime, it just that first shifts will be painful. Eventually you'll get used to it. The only reason you first shift happened on your moon cycle, because that was how the spell was set up. Lycans and pure bloods are almost the same, the moon controls your size and how strong you are. You are bigger and the strongest on the full moon, which becomes a bigger part of you life later on." Clove walked in with the tray of food as she spoke.
"You placed the spell?" I asked watching Clove. She went back into the kitchen and came out full with a lot of stuff.
"Your Mother was a dear friend of mine, but yes I placed the spell. My spell suppressed you to a point, but now you are probably the strongest creature other than the Mafia King." She spoke and started serving lunch, we ate lunch in silence while thinking about other things.

"I will say you look strikingly close June. You should visit more often, where are your sons?" Ryan looking over to Alex, he gave me a smile when he saw my father glower at the mention of June. We were in the living room catching up with each other's families.
Apparently, the Royal's and the Anderson's knew each other, although they knew them as normal humans. Ryan was just a normal human with a little witch blood in him, but he left the magic to his wife, he only made sure to watch the customers.
Their unborn first child was going to be a girl, and they haven't decided what to name her, but it was traditional to name it of it's star, as the first born child. Honestly female witches were more common unlike wizards, but they were the most wanted.
"They don't know about the supernatural world, let keep it at that. Thank you for taking care of her, we might be back if needed. Let's go." He stood up and grabbed his coat walking out probably to his sports car.
"Mackenzie, you will need to come back every three months, unless you find you partner." Ryan looked up to me and then looked outside in the direction that Alex went. I took a deep breath then looked out the back window that overlooked the ocean.
"I think I might have found my partner. Please keep this from him, I plan on getting my position in the company before I am married. I know my Mother would have wanted that. I will ask, was I horrible while I was in there?" I asked because to me, I sounded horribly loud. They looked at each other, then smiled at me.
"We sound proofed the building with a spell, but yes for any wolves or dogs that were passing by they heard you. Although were willing to have you again." Clove smiled and gave me a smile then left the room.
"The Mafia King has left a message for you, it's on this piece of paper. He wants and need to see you, I know about the connection between you two. If you want your plan to work out, then you need to talk to him first." Ryan looked at me with a stern look then pushed me gently out the door, with the paper in my hand.
