"Why should we?" Sikong Hongyue asked. She did not want to lose out on the additional land acquired. Plus she did not like the ungratfeul bastards in Glory City. "They think the Nether Master will honestly keep them safe and those additional troops would be the right thing for them."
"If Shen Yue stops demolishing their culture and way of life maybe they wouldn't fear us so much." Lanruo was more involved with the people than she was. For good reason, as Glory City was her birth place with a good portion of her family resisting full changes. "Shouldn't we allow more indepedence for the families?"
"We shouldn't." Duan Jian said. The others looking at him to continue. They expected him to speak out like this with his moral powerful moral standing devloped from studies and personal expeience in the Abyss Prison Realm. Under the Dark Moon Family leading several Commoners Families now, we all get an education, food, and protection. You may not have had that kind struggle princess of the Huyan Family, but we did."

Plus not like she could force the issue without getting herself in trouble. "Or are you scared of reading what I found out?"
"Tch!" Lanruo hated spies on all accounts. But it could not be frefuted the Shen Xiu was good at it. A little to good at it actually she fell for her target. "Humph! Bet Ye Mo won't forget this."
"He was warned that I was not there for niceties. I was there on a overseeing mission overall." She gave a shrug. "Caring for each other was an accident. What happens later is not any business of anyone else."

Specifically, her family members fighting in that area. 'A dangerous level of power is coming off all of them. What did he put them through in the closed cultivation session?'
Xiao Ninger was so worried and paranoid about all the demon beasts that were tamed by Shen Yue, she forgot they were friends. All she had to do was ask and she would know more than what she did now.
'Nie Li went to such lengths to talk others into going to the Draconic Ruins Realm after we came back from the Desert, something has to be going on.' Not finding the Desert Palace was not the only thing that bugged him. Coming across those on the Expedition that were building something was even more of a mystery. 'That large Teleportation Array must be for the Extended Dark moon City. But what about after?'
"Meh." Wei Nan shrugged. "We have so many challenges here still. It opens up in five years, we can go then." He looked to the side like a few others in anticipation. They felt the presence before actually seeing him. 'Defintely feel closer to the boss now.'

"Yeah." Duan Jian nodded. "But I think they have some questions for you."
"Eh, not worth answering really. As for the Draconic Ruins Realm, if you want to pop in there I have a way. But I am not really going to use it until after checking some safety things more."
"You have a method to go there safely?" Xiao Yu was suprised.
"Yes. Speculation really but I am confident." The bodies, weapons, armors, and books obtained from the Nether Realm helped piece together a type of map of the Subsidiary Realms. With the various Laws advancing he could do it. "Just need some more time."
"How can you be so sure?"
"Because of this." Shen Yue released his cultivation. He was at the 1st Heavenly Fate Realm with the Flame Vortex Star Dragon. His power pushing against all of them with a little suppression to keep from injuring anyone. "I am fully healed and I can honestly say I feel better than ever."
"..." Xiao Ninger eyes were wide as he was 3x times stronger than what she felt from the time they were in the Black Forest. Not having felt his fight against Zhu Long, she didn't know the gap was that wide.
"That's not from being a Spiritual God!" Yu Yan could feel the Heavenly energy. Not a bit contained that of law energy. 'How did he do this!?' She was not the only one questioning this.
Xiao Ninger and Xiao Yu were both confused on how this was possible. But Shen Yue and his people that were leaving flew off.

As everyone settled in and the Rune Field around the city was set up after the sewer system was connected with the power grid, the various clans were happy for the protection and new convenience of not burning lamp oil and candles all the time.
No longer resisting the rules in the place and happy to settle down with the safe city.
Those who couldn't give up on clan privilege moved to one of the settlements areas given to them in the area.
All protection and expansion were on them. They were informed on laws that will not be tolerated by those of Dark Moon City.
Nie Yu was a perfect leader. Strong yet kind. Empathetic but stern. With her cultivation as the Light Spiritual Goddess so strong and high, Xiao Yu couldn't believe it at all when she came over to visit with Yu Yan.
They both missed Shen Yue who searched a few area further out with a scout team. The engineering was not something he wanted to do while his thoughts were on an enemy still out and about. But the more his Astral Sense went out, the more he didn't find anything.
Well besides a hole in the Barrier around Tiny World that lead to some god-forsaken place. It was sealed up with a killing array place on the outside of it just in case.
"Master," Nie Yu paid respects holding a scroll. It contained everything that took place while he was away. Her brow was furrowed at the outcome. "Are we going to hunt this Zhu Long down more?"
"We are." Shen Yue gestured to the side. Appearing in flames and lightning was the spiritual clone. Looking exactly like the disguise he used when he turned into him for recruiting. The strength of the two Divine Sparks was enough to help defend the Tiny Realm further, he thought so anyway. "Meet Liang Yu, the extension of myself of course."
"How!?" Nie Yu looked him over and sure enough, the spiritual clone gave the full feel of what she always felt when she met him in disguise. Only difference was the exuding power of the Hell Divine Spark. "So many secrets!"
"Haha, if it makes you feel any better, this was by accident." Liang Yu said. "I will remain in Tiny World helping everyone train closely and dealing with problems. You are still in charge of the City of course."
"What is going on in here?" Duan Jian and the others came in. "Huh?"
"Two of them." Sikong Hongyue blinked rapidly trying to make sure she didn't finally crack under the pressure."Defintely feel different." She poked the clone a few times.
"Its a hard story but nothing to worry about." Shen Yue sat down. "So many projects to do, we couldn't risk the long-term effects it would have on our city. So a solution to it. Besides, most won't have a problem seeing Liang Yu moving about as the master of me."
"Pfft." He had Liang Yu laugh. The effort was easy and when outside of Astral Sense range, he only had to control through the Connection of the Champion. "Lots of training to be had." The thoughts were easy after the Hell Divine Spark formed. Boosting the power of the spiritual clone with the Soul Divine Spark working in tandem.
"I feel a lot better in leaving now." Lanruo said. "That lady invited me to join her Sect when we were leaving, if I change my mind I just need to come back in a few months."
"Don't look at me, that's a you thing." Shen Yue showed Nie Yu and the others the plan to go into the Dreamclousd Realm. With he updated information on various places there and a few oddities, a team needed to go there. "What do you think?"
"I think it will be fun." Nie Yu looked at Du Qing and Du Rong, her junior disciples in order of who Shen Yue took in. They became quite close with her cousins/bodyguards Nie Xiaori and Xiaofeng quite smitten with the two. "Who would be good to go here?"
"Hmm everyone is still dealing with the changes so none of the previous teams." Du Qing was against bringing any of them.
"Maybe in two months, they will be ready to go?" Du Rong offered.
"A deeper search.. is fine in two months. I don't know who will power it as it needs a lot of time to prepare the energy used." Shen Yue was still going, so another trip could be done by someone else after. "I am mostly interested in the vegetation to help increase my garden further. Lot's of alchemy to try."
"Anyway, that can go for alter." Nie Yu looked to the West at the same time Shen Yue did. "That's a lot of power."
"Yeah.. it is..." Focusing that way with his Astral Sense, he couldn't believe the sight of the giant Ice Lotus. "...shit!"
Before he could take off to go that way and fight, Yu Yan grabbed him.
"That's not Zhu Long." Aware of her stalker enemy, Yu Yan could tell if it was him or not. "Who practice Ice so close to Glory City that you know of?"
"Shit.. hell if I know." Shen Yue shugged. Feeling the odd sensation come through the Connection he was suprised. "No flipping way..." Focusing further on Astral Sense, he was able to make out the image to confirm it. "Ye Hong.. became the Spiritual God of Ice..."
Next to Ye Hong were a few of the Officers that remained behind and Xiao Ning. By the looks of it they were sparring when it happened.
"Then that means Zhu Long is dead." Duan Jian answered the unasked question with a smile. "It would be the only way for him to become the Spiritual God without using the other way. I doubt they taught him the Divine Spark Theory."
"I do as well. The feel is defintely that of a Spiritual God without outer influence. The law energy that Ye Ziyun was practicing did go to him boosting his cognitive abilities and his own attainment in Law energy." Shen Yue gave a smile since Ye Hong wasn't that bad of a choice. "Considering as I formed Blizzard, not much else to be done."
"How do you keep forming Divine Sparks!?" Yu Yan almost demanded. It was maddening finding it out this way. She had no one to blame but herself for not contributing more. "What is this Divine Spark Theory?"
"Dark Moon City business, you are not that privy to it missy." Shen Yue gave a smug grin. "Tell me what you know about everything in regards to the Dream Cloud Realm and your Divine Spark then we can talk."
She buttoned up real quick in that regard.
"That's what I thought. Who could have possibly killed Zhu Long after all this time though?" Shen Yue couldn't enjoy the moment fully with that little nugget out there. The odds of it being a stong Demon Beast were low.

Several winged golden warriors collected the body parts of the former Ice Spiritual God. Sealing them away into crates for transportation. A bloody Ming Fei stood grasping his chest. Zhu Long fought with his life on the despite the injuries.
But the Nether Master learned from former mistakes. Having come out the gate swinging giving it his all. The better fighter was Zhu Long, Ming Fei could admit that. If not for the injuries delivered on him by Shen Yue, it would have went another way possibly.
"The Demon God Sect already have gone to far." Having pressed a little harder than normal when talking with the other Ambassadors, a lot was revealed. 'I hope Nie Li and Xiao Yu are able to return with more possibles.'

Well this si the last one I think I can squeeze out. The rest need fitting stuff in place befor hand of course. No one wants 4 chapters that are completely out the ordianry.
Below is a response to a comment regading the breakaway of the agreement..before it most likely gets deleted by a moderator or something.
ME--You are absolutely right. But fear itself is a great motivator. An ally that completely outpowers you and has a bad history, not particularly Shen Yue of course but the Sacred Families History itself is not easily forgotten by families.
No government behaves this way with an ally is grossly false and you know it. Small changes in government screwing over the populace happens alot. Thus the reason the spy game is such a big deal in every nation.
The retract of the agreements is not possible as the "agreement" was not just a contract on paper that only holds weight in a governing body that respects it. But composed of spiritual energy the driving force in the Dimension.
Which is further enforced and powered by Shen Yue as a Champion.
Ye Ziyun messed up not fighting for power but allowing her grandfather to take back over. Her deeper agreement with Shen Yue of course is not full knowledge that outsiders could know of. Just Ye Hong for the most with Ye Mo knowing a penalty would be applied to her.
Now of course there was a way for it to be still salvaged, thus Ye Yong asking for a compromise. THey didn't pay the cost, thus even more reason for the Dark Moon movement afterward.
Secrets in the Snow Wind Family is mention in the series a few times. With a method that leads to a different place (Subsidiary Realm) even being mentioned.
The Noble Families that remained such as the Divine Family defintely are against him still to. With Nie Li having recruited Chen Linjian to make up numbers and influence.
