For bloodline promotion, you need to get rare blood-sucking herbs and the blood of the desired bloodline. The way you get the blood is you either kill the person or the person gives you some of their blood.The pill is called evolving bloodline pill.
A person of the King Bloodline can be killed by a person who has a Noble or a Common bloodline. A person of the Noble bloodline has to be one major realm above the person of the King Bloodline. A person of the Common bloodline has to be one major realm above the person of the Noble bloodline. While they have to be two major realms above the person who has a king bloodline.
