The realms for these races are the same and I don't want to spend too much time on Info dumps.
Body Cultivation after Foundation Realm
Life And Death Tempering
You need to experience at least 100 life and death battles to reach the peak of this realm.To reach this realm you must kill one human, demonic beast and demon then eat their corpses and you have to kill them yourself.
Life expectancy 300 years
Warrior realm
Life expectancy 500 years
Master a weapon and create a weapon seed or eat several body tempering herbs to reach this level.
King realm
Life expectancy 1000 years
Needs to have a weapon seed and needs to be grown into a nice sapling.
Emperor realm
Life expectancy 10,000 years
Needs the weapon seed grow into a tree and need to complete ice and fire tempering or Yang or Yin tempering( dual cultivation)
More body cultivation realms same with magic ones but more would be added.
Magic realms
Mana tempering
Life expectancy 300 years
To reach this stage, you just need to adsorb the mana that you have most affinity with and temper your body with. With no affinity you just use pure mana(hard to get) but you can get impure mana at first and then make it more pure.
Magic Gaseous realm
Life expectancy:500 years
Need to adsorb the mana of your element or element less mana and keep it inside your body. Highly dangerous at the start as you can explode yourself if you take in too much mana at a time. However, the more mana in body=more mana intake with exploding.
Magic liquidation realm
Life expectancy 1000 years
Needs condense all mana in your current peak state and it turn from a gaseous state to an liquid state. When you can't condense it anymore this means you are at the peak of this realm
Magic solidification realm
Life expectancy 10,000 years
Condense all the liquid mana into a solid brick.
The more it looks like a brick the more you are closer to the peak, but cultivation techniques may use other objects to shape it it in this stage.
False Requiem realm
Life expectancy : Unknown but immune to old age and most diseases. Can be killed if head is chopped off or heart Is cut through.
Can only break into this stage after taking ten tribulation lighting strikes and using that energy to breakthrough.Need to temper the body and mind a bit as well.
Requiem realm
Life expectancy: mostly immune to your element and can only be truly be killed if the soul is attacked and damaged and same with demonic beasts at the Beast God stage.
Can only go into the stage after taking ten sets of 10 tribulation lighting strikes and each set stronger than the last. (Can kill you if you are not tempered your body and mind enough)
Lastly , people who can use mana can form weapon seeds and temper their bodies to the peak of the warrior realm. Weapon seeds are the like comprehension of the sword, spear and bow etc. So if you can get a weapon seed the weapon, you have the seed of gives higher proficiency of the weapon. Also the weapon seeds are in the soul and basic mastery of the weapon is needed to create the weapon seed. In addition , you would need talent with the weapon.
