Grey looked at the Gnome as if he was staring at a fool. Did the Gnome really think if he pleaded for his life then they would let him go and not kill him?
"Klaus was right, Gnomes really are dumb." Grey did not speak in a low tone, so the Gnome heard his words.
"Boy, do not force my hand. You might have the advantage, but I'm confident I can take one of you down with me." The Gnome said through gritted teeth. He could tell there was no reasoning with Grey, so he was inclined to go with threats. To be honest, a Peak Gnome like himself could indeed drag one of the two with him if he forgoes his own safety. In this battle, he would not win anyway, so he would feel better knowing he takes someone with him.
The Gnome thought his threat would scare Grey or the Man, to his surprise, neither of them budged, acting like the Gnome's words were gibberish.
