It was a difficult thing to imagine, the situation that was laid before him. Liu Guiren kept saying that he was supposed to want to become some kind of Administrator and that was a strange thing to desire. Sure, if he could build something like it, then it would be great, but he didn't think that such a thing was vital for him now.
