Scarlett nodded, "Mm."
As long as Grandpa wasn't at the Monroe Family's place, she was at ease.
She had already gotten dressed and lay back down. Julian Rhodes said, "Weren't you going to get up?"
"Sleepy." Scarlett buried her head under the blanket.
Julian gently said, "Then sleep a little longer."
She lay back down, and he covered her with the blanket, gazing at her lying there.
The two of them slept for a while longer before getting up to eat.
Because she had slept too long, Scarlett wasn't really hungry. She ate slowly, and Julian picked some food for her, asking, "What's wrong, not feeling like eating?"
"Not really hungry." Scarlett held the chopsticks, picking up some rice, chewing forcefully.
Julian looked at her and said, "Maybe you ate too much last night."
