Chapter 4 - Chapter 1 (part 4)

Three years later Xian Le fell into chaos.

The cause, a cruel Emperor that sparked the rebel forces taste for justice. Plenty of wars have taken place in the human world but heavenly officers must not intervene, in accordance to the applicable regulations. Unless the problem is caused by demons or ghosts violating their boundaries, then what ever should happen, happens. Disputes happen every day and every where and everyone believes that they are right. If God intervened, then one day he would help and support your country but the next day he will help his descendants take revenge. It would cause the gods to come so often that everyone would be in ruins. In the Prince's case that's what he should really avoid.

But he didn't care about that. He went to Emperor Jun, "I want to save ordinary people!"

Even Emperor Jun, who had gained spiritual power for thousands of years, dare not say those words so easily. When he heard the Prince his feelings were predictable. But Emperor Jun could not do anything, only saying with hesitation, "You cannot save everyone."

The Prince, "I can do it."

He immediately descended into the human world without a second thought.

The whole country of Xian Le celebrated it. Although from a forgotten time, there is an ancient saying it warns people when an immortal violates the rules and descends into the human realm, it could never bring good results.

The fires of battle, instead of dissipating became even more raging.

It's not that the Prince didn't do the best he could, but that he shouldn't have done it. The more he intervened, the more complicated the war became. People in Xian Le were beaten till their heads hung low and blood flowered the ground. The Imperial City was finally breached, the rebels managed to enter the palace ending the complicated war.

One could say when the State of Xian Le was struggling on the verge of death, His Majesty the Prince was the one who started strangling them.

After the country was destroyed the people realized something, His Highness their Prince is not as perfect as they imagined.

"Roughly speaking, can we say that he is actually just a useless figure, who can't do anything? Can he only ruin everything?"

Unable to bear the disheartenment they felt, as a result of losing their homes and loved ones, distraught and angry people rushed to the Prince's palace hall. "Destroy the statue of God and burn the temple!"

Eight thousand workers were burned in a period of seven days, with out a speck left behind.

The god of war who was famous for protection and peace vanished and was replaced by a god who brings disaster.

If people say you are a god then you are a god, but if they say you are shit then you are shit. It's always been like this.

The Prince could not accept all this. The thing that he could not accept the most was his punishment, The disposal of his development and being banished to the human world.

Since he was a child he had been spoiled in thousands of ways, so never felt the pain and distress of ordinary people. He used to reach out from the tops of the clouds but now was pushed down to the bottom of the mud. In this mud he felt for the first time the pain of hunger, the despair of poverty, and he felt dirty. It was the first time he thought of pickpocketing, stealing, cursing, and even giving up. All his pride was gone, his confidence disappeared and he had become rather unsightly. Even the servants could not accept the change, and chose to leave.

"The body is in Hell, but the soul is in Heaven." These *eight words were engraved in stones on all corners of the State of Xian Le. Not burned by the flames of war, if the Prince saw them again he would be the first to destroy them.

(Eight characters in the original language)

Because those who said these words have proven that if their body is in Hell then it's not possible for their soul to be in Heaven.

Everyone in Heaven no longer cared for the Prince. Even though they ignored him, they remained alert. After all he had been demoted twice, facing terrible despair, and now he was even banished twice. "Could he turn into a devil and hurt ordinary people?"

Who could have thought that even though he had been demoted again he would not become a demon, and wholeheartedly live his wasted life. There was no problem at all but he was to serious.

Sometimes he performed on the streets by singing or using various kinds of instruments. It wasn't even difficult for him to break a large stone using his chest. Although the people heard that the Prince was good at singing and dancing, to be able to witness it firsthand under such circumstances made them feel quite conflicted, throwing trash at him as he quietly accepted.

The Gods were stunned!

This was so unexpected. If someone said, "You gave birth to a child like Prince Xian Le," it would be considered more hurtful than cursing.

He was once a venerable prince whose beauty was unmatched and had been appointed a Heavenly official, being messed up like this, was unheard of. He was the laughing stock of all three worlds for this reason.

After laughing, the people who were more concerned were very sorry for this child. The child from Heaven who was revered had disappeared.

The statue of the Goddess was destroyed and the ancient country fell leaving no followers. Slowly, its existence began to be forgotten, nobody even knows where it was.

Getting tossed aside once was shameful, To be thrown a second time, how could one rise again?

Years passed, Heaven was once again shocked.

It was a strong voice, shaking even the earth and mountains.

The altar lights that were lit day and night swayed. The heavenly officers were awakened from their respective halls and curiously asked, "Who is doing this? This whole place is shaking terribly!"

After asking a thunderous roar came, along with a dozens of lightning strikes one after the other.

An officer, "Are you satisfied yet?!"

Pointing with a shaking finger, "That famous freak, the laughing stock of the three realms, His Majesty the legendary prince, he he he - he ascended again!!"
