Once I exited Haneda Airport, Tokyo's chilly air struck me. Though it was only late afternoon, the metropolis spread in all directions, soaring steel and glass mixing with neon lighting. People hurried, heads buried in the chilly wind, the beat of the city mirroring the hammering in my chest.
Pulling the collar higher, I fixed my black coat. Already waiting at the curb was the driver carrying a little card bearing my alias.
Speaking in a low, businesslike tone, Master Z bowed as he greeted.
I give him a little nod and I got into the backseat. The driver drove the car. Outside the window, even at night, the tall buildings were still visible, their heights varying. There were also cars honking their horns because of the traffic.
The driver replied without glancing back, " Youu'll see him in Ginza at the private area of the restaurant. The location is safe. Nobody is following us. "
