This is why the members of this organization usually are very friendly and extremely violent at the same time.
With no real code of ethics or rules, the members of this organization do only what they see fit.
Although this religious organization had no real rules, it did have a few traits that most members follow.
The members of the Sisterhood of Salvation all dress in blood-red robes that half hides their faces and they have a red ring on their hands when going about their "activities".
Sisterhood of Salvation had quite a bit of influence in the Dawn Hurst Town Black Market, considering that even most of the criminals in this Town's Black Market considered this group of women lunatics.
In addition, the direct strength of this organization should not be underestimated, and overall almost comparable to the Judgment Team.
Alex, who is a very logical person himself, hates the most these kind of crazy people where he doesn't know what they are going to do the next moment.
But in Alex's analysis, only the Company of Toxin organization can cause him real problems.
The Dawn Hurst Town Black Market is controlled by four criminal organizations but the "owner" of this Black Market is the Company of Toxin organization.
Company of Toxin is a type of military organization with a complete structure, ranks, and rewards, and most comparable to Team Rocket, although this organization allows its members less freedom than Team Rocket.

The leader's name is unknown and only the code name "Botulinum" is known. no information about Botulinum's Pokemon, level, or personal strength could be found.
Team Rocket has no clue who the owner of this organization is or any other useful information.
In comparison, Alex knew the approximate strength of the other three organizations leader's strength and even the leader's name of the leader of the Hunter Guild branch.
For the other positions of this organization, Alex still got useful information from Giovanni and he had a rough estimate of the strength of this organization, without the leader.
Company of Toxin is by far the strongest organization in terms of direct strength or influence, and all alone comparable to the combined strength of the Judgment Team and Sisterhood of Salvation organization. And that without the direct strength of the unknown leader.
However, Alex's greatest concern was not the direct strength of this organization but the strength that this organization hides. the unknown leader.
If the leader is a Champion level trainer and he and his organization attacks Alex's organization because he felt threatened, Alex had no real chance to defend against this kind of attack.
He would only be able to run away in this situation. Even his subordinates aren't much help.
Maria, Elise, and Daniel are strong but not comparable to the strength of the five Generals of this organization.
While that's only a small chance that really something like this happens, and there's a possibility that the leader of this organization is only a late-elite trainer.
in Alex's opinion, it's not unlikely, and even probable, that the leader of the 5 generals the strength of a Champion level trainer had.
Because of this, Alex couldn't afford to get into direct conflict with the Company of Toxin when he will start to expand his organization.
Thankfully, Alex wasn't a mindless trainer who only knew how to train his Pokemon. He already had several plans to prevent this situation from happening.
