One thing was clear, it was impossible for a 2nd Star magician to be the boss of such an organization, that could have a 3rd Star knight as a killer. And for an organization that was handling so much information, should have at least a 4th Star knight or magician as backing. If not, they could be completely wiped out, if someone wanted to.
In this continent the true rulers in the cities and in a community, were the 4th Star cultivators. Because they were the strongest cultivators that would have more contact with the normal people. From the city lord Star and above, the cultivators would begin to have less contact with everything that is mundane. Because they would concentrate themselves to cultivate to a higher level.

"If someone dared to do something similar in my time, they would have been already jailed. Is the city lord blind or what? This is so tyrannical that it is not acceptable at all."
Noah could not understand what the city lord was thinking to allow such think to happen, but what could he do. He then left the register room and directly saw the clone of the principal.

He knew that the principal had no idea about all the things owned by Gustav Miranda. But it was understandable.
After he left the academy again, he was thinking about everything he learned today.
"it seems like the City Lord is using the brother of his wife to do business with information in the border of the empire. He is a smart person to use his brother in law to avoid legal consequences." This was the last conclusion he formed after hearing what the clone said. It was impossible for a playboy to organize such an organization without any help. It could only be possible if someone else did that. Noah could not make any connection before, but now after hearing that the brother in law of Gustav Miranda was the city lord, everything began to make sense.

He also came from a time where all people could afford to have a decent living, even if they did not have a job. It was all thanks to the social principles of the countries, that helped all the people that needed to be helped. They did not live a luxury life, but they could have three warm meals every day without a problem. And they also get housing and a little money for other things.
