Wang Zhi Wei inhaled a deep breath to calm down.
He had no blood relation to Gu Xin Ye. But he watched as Gu Xin Ye grew up from a little girl until now. It was impossible to say that he did not feel anything, now that she was about to marry someone.
"Uncle Wang."
The words made Wang Zhi Wei tremble.
It has been a while since the last time he heard Gu Xin Ye addressing him as Uncle Wang. Wang Zhi Wei could not explain what he was feeling at this moment.
"You have something you wanted to say to me?"
Wang Zhi Wei snapped out of his trance and cleared his throat. "Xin Ye, you look very beautiful today. If your father was still alive, he would have been very happy for you."
A faint smile curled on Gu Xin Ye's lips as she recalled her late father.
