It was now past midnight. With the work done, Dylan wiped off his sweat as he announced to his new employees, "Well done! Thank you for your hard work everyone. I could bot have done it without you all. I will be expecting all of you to clock in tomorrow. Come by three hours before noon so we can start with your briefing."
"Thank you very much, sir!" The new employees all nodded as they bowed and left together, one by one through the gate.
They left on a positive note as they saw how willing Dylan was in working with everyone in restoring and renovating the yard even if he didn't need to.
"Wow, this is the first time I've been thanked for working hard...."
"It's so weird? It does feel great when someone is acknowledging our hard work."
"It's making me strangely motivated to do the work or have I gotten weird?"
"You certainly have."
As everyone burst in laughter but they all subconsciously felt the same thing.
