Slowly but steadily, the process ended as I opened my eyes and tried to rein in the overwhelming amount of Stardust Energy that my body was holding now that I had achieved my breakthrough to the Primarchy.
I could see that it had increased something above 20 times or more; the sheer amount of raw power that I commanded was utterly ridiculous, but now, at least, I understood why all the Tier 13 beings were so feared.
Just this bit of power was enough to end the entire Universe, and this wasn't counting my state as the Universe Master, where I could draw theoretically endless power from the Kadath Universe itself under certain conditions.
It was a very addictive feeling, such a great power...
Now, I felt that I could probably destroy the entire Kadath Universe or a Universe of similar size and properties with a few attacks. This, on the other hand, also gave me a bit of fright because I needed to strengthen the Universe as much as possible.
If someone attacked my Universe and destroyed the Kadath Universe, then I would lose my biggest trump card and even suffer some backlash because I was one with the Universe, so the destruction of it would cause me some injuries to my Soul.
I also noticed that I underwent rather significant Racial Evolution, albeit my new race could still be considered as only juvenile, so there were no additional racial abilities for me, but it seemed that all of my Bloodlines and other things merged so perfectly that it created a new being...
And the abomination of being...
An Eldritch Abominaiton at that...
In truth, I found the evolution rather fitting that of my Path and way of doing things. In the end, the Eldritch Creatures were the beings that were feeding on the souls, lifeforce, or even entire worlds and civilizations.
They were the bringers of the Doom, harvesters of the civilization that brought the Apocalypse to the entire worlds and even Universes. The ultimate form of Ruination, Destruction and Death.
Such was the fundamental nature of the Eldritch Beings, so the fact that I evolved into one of them was only fitting for my entire life.

Nothing that I saw within the newest Architect's scans really surprised me, aside from the evolution of my Origin to that of the Law Godhood. Basically, the Origin and Law Godhood were now the same thing.
All of them were the Primogenitus of the End and Ruin.
The Stardust Energy Reserves that I had access to skyrocketed to the staggering 1,000, which wasn't that surprising, considering the might of the average Tier 13 entity in the Endless Void.
And this was only the start because I have just broken through; after I stabilized my strength and power, I calculated that my power would at least double within the next few hundred years after the breakthrough.
However, after that, any increasement in power would take countless years because for the Tier 13 to increase their power through conventional means was a very, very lengthy and hard process.
So most of them either depend on the comprehension of Concepts to increase their combat prowess. Naturally, the Universe Masters had another way of growing their power, and that was through the cultivation of their very own Universe.
That was the safest way for them to grow strong.
Something that I too, planned after I stabilized my power and used all the resources we had to cultivate the Grand Army of Kadath, which would be tasked with invasion and conquests of the surrounding Universes that were without protection.
The Kadath Universe was located in the Outer Rim of the Endless Void, which was created through the continuous expansion of the Endless Void of Reality only a few hundred Epochs ago.
The precise location of the Kadath Universe was actually on the borders of the Outer Rim and the Unknown Regions of the Endless Void. This means all Universes in the vicinity of the Kadath Universe were very weak, and there were not many Primarchs around here.
Actually, it would be rare if they were, as most of them were closer to the Reality's Core within the Core Rim of the Endless Void. The chances that we would encounter significant resistance were low, and during a few previous incursions into a few of the weakest Universes around, already proved that.
But I needed to evolve the Kadath Universe into the High Universe, a special type of Universe that couldn't be easily destroyed even by the most powerful of the Primarchs, as only Paragons had the ability to destroy the High Universe.
However, that was still in the far future; right now, I needed to stabilize my power after the breakthrough before we could start anything else. Not to mention, now that I have reached the Primarch and become the Universe Master, I could help other people reach even Tier 12.
Of course, this didn't come without a price, as that one was steep, but it was still nothing to the gains that I could obtain from it. From my wives, Venelana, Grayfia and Bibi Dong were still stuck at the peak Tier 11.
And truthfully... they would be there for the rest of their lives for an eternity until they had some really good heaven-defying fortunate encounter.
This was just their limit...
Though now, with my Primarchy and becoming Universe Master, I could break it and raise their foundation, allowing them to reach Tier 12 with ease.
