Chief Engineer Fu, who was originally quite at ease, felt his heart suddenly sink heavily when he heard Xia Jinyuan had gone too. Little Six had gone together with him!
Little Six going meant not just looking after his daughter; it was him and his daughter on a mission!
Fortunately, both of them came back safe and sound without a hitch.
Internally riding a roller coaster of emotions, Chief Engineer Fu didn't say much, afraid that revealing anything would worry Old Man Xia as well. He silently let out a sigh of relief, then smiled and said, "With him looking after you, Dad feels relieved too."
Going abroad together, that's what really made him uneasy.
It's good they're back, good they're back!
Chief Engineer Fu secretly wiped the sweat from his forehead and changed the subject. Hearing that Li Jinnian would be returning later made him very happy too.
