The Damned Ten: Requiem of the Chosen
For two hundred and ninety nine cycles, the gods have failed.
Each generation of Chosen was born, fought, and perished — sealing Arae, the Fallen Primordial, only for him to rise again from the cracks of Purgatory.
But this cycle is different.
When Shojiro Momo — a college student murdered by a berserker demon — awakens beneath the roots of Yggdrasil, he is no longer human. His new body, reforged by divine sap and infused with a shard of Kaiser, the Primordial of Strength, carries a power that no mortal was meant to wield.
Chosen by fate. Tempered by pain. Burdened with purpose.
He must reunite the other descendants of the Primordials — the Damned Ten, the final generation of Chosen — and end Arae once and for all.
Because this time, failure means the death of existence itself.
But as the Primordials’ chains tremble and Arae’s blood seeps once again into reality, Shojiro realizes something terrifying:
Every Chosen before him has died trying to stop this.
And he is part of the last cycle to try.
