Veins of Zhaeren: Chronicle of World 12
In a savage world where beasts rule the land and intelligence belongs to monsters, a boy is born—alone, wild, and human.
Kaen knows nothing of civilization, gods, or purpose. Raised by instinct, storms, and survival, he fights, bleeds, and grows—learning the ancient language of pain and nature. He is the only human, the first spark of something that does not yet exist in this world.
At fifteen, Kaen reaches Qi Condensation Stage 5, not through sects or masters, but by carving his own path. He creates his own technique, studies beasts in silence, and shapes his body through sheer brutality and cunning. He is a creature of will, not chance.
But beyond the valley lies a greater unknown. North—something calls him. A path of destiny, or perhaps extinction.
Unseen by Kaen, a Godlike being watches. The last echo of a vanished humanity, this being has waited, endlessly patient, for one like Kaen to rise. When Kaen carves his thoughts and discoveries into a tree—the first act of memory and legacy—the god stirs. Kaen’s will awakens something ancient in the world itself.
And thus, the first step of Human Evolution begins—not in temples or empires, but in the scars of a tree, the eyes of a predator, and the march of a boy who refuses to crawl.
This is the story of the first human.
This is the rise of Kaen.
This is not a cultivation tale.
This is a rebirth of what it means to be human.
