Without a sound, without a sign, a crimson shadow emerged from the corner of Bohemia's vision as if made of smoke.
She desperately wanted to turn her head for a look, but her entire body was like a stiff, lifeless stone frozen in a block of ice. The red figure gradually approached from the edge of her sight, moving with a quiet, unhurried grace, utterly silent. Only its flame-like, brilliant red and a faint, snow-like chill slowly permeated the surrounding space in the silence.
"So... who sent you?"
By the time the voice spoke, it was already very close to Bohemia. The woman seemed to have no intention of attacking her for the moment, so she wasn't frozen in place by the band of light. She gently lifted a stray, curling lock of Bohemia's long hair and chuckled softly by her ear. "Such a pity, a beauty like you."
