"What do you mean Tony's men are likely going after Emily?" Miller spoke into the receiver of his phone, asking Sabrina.
The moment Lawson heard that, he lunged out of his seat. "What happened? Where is my daughter?"
Miller didn't answer, he listened attentively to Sabrina for a minute before cutting the call. He quickly grabbed his coat but Lawson was way ahead of him.
"Lawson, wait!" Miller shouted, turning around in his seat. "We don't know anything for sure yet!"
"My daughter is full-term and she is in the hands of a monster's shadow unit," Lawson stated, his voice a freezing, low rumble of steel. "I spent six years locked in a cage while they tore my life apart. I am not sitting in this bunker for another second. I am going to get my daughter!"
