Vivian's POV
Coming awake with a soft gasp Vivian lay in Ryan's arms for a bit, wondering why she had suddenly woken up. A loud familiar crack coming from outside answered her question.
Ahh, thunder.
Her brow furrowing Vivian turned to the man who was fast asleep next to her. How strange, she could have sworn that he'd said there would be no rain that night. Plus when they had returned to the boat earlier that night the sky had still been clear.
Gently moving out of his arms, she reached for her phone and realized that it was around eleven o'clock in the evening. With a sigh Vivian put her phone back down and settled back into Ryan's arms.
With all of the activities that they had done, with sex being the one that had taken up most of their time and energy. It should have been easy for her to fall back asleep. But now that she was awake Vivian found herself struggling to do that.
