Narrator POV
As everything in the universe was happening simultaneously, Caro was finishing up the arrangements with Roshi and Shen about a conglomerate school on martial lethality and tacticity. There was a strange feeling in Caro's gut about the current moment but he couldn't put his finger on it. And the worst part is he still had to have a discussion with Popo and possibly Kami if he ever showed face. This world is already getting chaotic and there's not even any conflict happening in the residing area of the boy.
"Well is everything solved now between you too or is there anything else that I have to dig out of you both once more." Caro asked the two old men who were obviously bothered with each other's presence. "I will say this one thing, Roshi has always been jealous of his sister and I having such a public crush on one another and he forbade us from ever being together due to his own romance not ever working out. He can't focus on his own love life so he cock blocks the rest of us and decides to be a perv while doing so." Shen spoke with much frustration streaming out, after such a long talk of settling differences, this may have started the entire argument over since this may have been the deciding factor besides their two sets of morality that made them become distant.
"Oh please, she told me you were a creep yourself and you stole a pair of her panties and bras one hundred plus years ago. You just can't be accountable that you were going to hard for somebody who wasn't interested." Roshi returned both insult and excuse completely avoiding the entire allegation he was accused of.
"Pointless banter will not be tolerated from two old ass grown ass men." Caro said bluntly just letting out his first thought. There was no point in giving them both a reason to argue again while everybody outside the room was waiting and they had already come to agreement with therm he gave. It might as well just be water under the bridge and smoke over a fire, there was nothing more he could give them with that conversation plus they might have a healthier relationship if they dispute that within their own selves. If you consider that it's been over a century that they've even seen each other and this is the closest they've come to settling a single difference let alone many in one sitting, this was improvement beyond measure. The rest would solve itself within other conflicts, but this did make Caro wonder how would the future be affected by such a decision of making them be allies or at least associates. All he could think is one less pointless wish to bring back a dead Chiaotzu later on if he even becomes relevant or apart of the recruitment. Yamcha was one thing to bring but Chiaotzu wasn't really necessary to him due to realizing that he never spoke to Goku in canon and he never contributed anything other than a bond to Tien. If he comes then so be it.
One thing that's been heavy on Caro's mind is the birth of certain people who might be affected like Piccolo jr, Gohan, Trunks, etc. There was a possibility that with how his plans go that some people might cease to exist or just will be entirely different people to the characters he knows and loves. It wouldn't be a huge problem for him but it would be a bit strange if future trunks comes back from the future and turns out to be Raditz son or his own son for that matter if there even ends up being a need for time travel. Only time will tell.
"I'll leave you both to it, I have another matter to attend to at the moment. You two behave!" Caro declared to the two masters. In response they both looked at each other then at the boy and nodded, they may have not really liked each other but they both respected the child and both gave him their word. Just as that was finally disputed, Caro left the room into the lobby where all of the warriors were residing. He gave the thumbs up to everybody and they all stood up startled from this indifference being worked out in such a timely manner. The real shocker was how quiet it was and the fact that Caro didn't explain anything to them he just went outside to talk to the patiently waiting Popo. As he stepped out of the small hut like home, Popo facing away from the boy rose to his feet from a meditation posture and turned around to address the situation at hand.
"Young boy, are you finished with your other dealings and ready to discuss your purposes and intentions behind all of your actions?" Popo asked genuinely on behalf of the world and Kami himself.
"Yes, however, I would like to ask if your higher up is going to want to be apart of the conversation? Or are you just going to speak on Kami's behalf entirely?" Caro asked with a smirk on his face due to knowing the exact kind of reaction this would provoke Popo to have along with the observant Kami as well. Popo had a petrified look on his face and from a far distance Kami shared a baffling look with a single drop of sweat trickling down his face. "H- how do you know that name?" Popo interrogated to Caro as if he just found out about his diary and recent search history.
"I have my ways of figuring things out but that's besides the point. I want to know if the direct guardian of the planet will attend this conversation because eventually I will need to have many ceratain interactions with him." Caro replied with a sly tone, there wasn't much to really tell without exposing meta knowledge so this kind of response will have to do until he meets somebody who actually is aware of him being reborn. If anything was certain, Kami and Popo aren't that high in hierarchy to know that, nor any of the King Kai which is something that's still not sure. "He sent me on his entire behalf, but if you feel that you have matters to address to him it may be appropriate for you to exercise them while the time is ripe. We can go to the tower now if you feel like you have the time to discuss what you will but it better be worth it because talking to Kami is nothing anybody can just do without him deeming them worthy." Popo responded with the most bland face ever, he has certain reasonable doubts but only due to not having the information he requested. Popo was many things and patient was absolutely one of the things, however, when somebody tested his patience especially a being who has no authority over him or the guardian of earth, he felt more disdain about that said person. Caro was no different but this child to him was a monster not to be taken too lightly.
"I'll go and we can all three discuss whatever you both want and what I have to say. But you'll have to give me about an hour or so at max. Something recent has come to my attention elsewhere that even the two of you aren't monitoring." Caro responded making Popo stare in a nervous manner. "That will suffice, but whatever it is we would like to know about it when you resolved it due to being an earthly matter at hand. Anything that goes beyond Kami's eyes is something of greatest concerns." Popo stated to Caro as he also nodded in agreement. From here, Popo flickered back towards the hideout and Caro looked in a certain direction staring out at the headquarters of red ribbon army base. He walked back into the house and seen the group of martial artists all conversing about who was outside besides Roshi and Shen. They had a good idea due to their prior experiences with their master and king Piccolo. Ninja Murasaki walked up to Caro awaiting news on how moving forward woud go. He was honestly looking up to Caro and got very excited about all of the new guidance he had surrounding him having been by himself for so long he would've continued that way and not grown as a warrior if not for Caro. "What is happening now?" He asked before anybody else could beat him to the punch.
"I have to go for tonight, but I would like to have Roshi train us and Shen will watch over progress and sparring. If we can all get strong enough soon I think you all could be on par if not surpassing Piccolo in the next few months with proper guidance." Caro responded and this brought an extreme amount of trauma and nerve to the two old masters. How would Caro know about Piccolo let alone the level of power he let off if he's been sealed for longer than the lifetime of everybody besides them two and Tao but even he was too young to have participated in the beginning of the war against the demon king.
