On the surface of the lake
Jiang Sen led the fleet at breakneck speed away from the valley. He turned to look at the mountain peak not far away, but there was no movement on it. Obviously, Count Woxis's men had not pursued them.
Jiang Sen felt both fortunate and resentful. The foolish Woxis had arrived at just the right time. If he had two more days, he could have transported all the mined ore back.
But there's nothing we can do now; Worsis's arrival was just too coincidental. Stubborn Sen withdrew his gaze. Although somewhat disappointed, they hadn't come away empty-handed; at least they'd brought back a small amount of ore.

But Woxis didn't come out of the valley near the lake to investigate. Could Woxis be plotting something? Stubborn Sen fell into deep thought.
A moment later
"Hurricane, after we go back this time and make some preparations, we'll come back to mine again as soon as possible."
"Why? Stubborn Sen, aren't you afraid that Worsis will come and rob us again? We don't have any advantage in that valley."
The concern about the hurricane was justified; there was nowhere to run in the valley, and they had to be on high alert at all times.
