Sophia didn't see the teacup emitting cold air under the moonlight. She picked up the teacup, and although it was made of wood, she could still feel the slight coolness emanating from the outside. She was somewhat puzzled.
The weather is still so hot, why does the teacup feel so cold to the touch? And when she brought the teacup to her lips, the cool sensation became even stronger, like an ice cube in winter almost touching her skin. At the same time, a faint floral fragrance wafted into her nose.
"Ah! This feels so good!" She couldn't wait to drink the water in the cup.
"Ah!" Sophia stared at the glass in shock. The honey water was ice-cold! She never expected it to be as cold as an ice cube. On such a hot day, how could water be turned into ice?
Sophia now realized just how good the things she had collected that afternoon were; they were truly amazing!
Sofia finished the remaining honey water in her teacup in one gulp, and a cool and refreshing feeling immediately spread throughout her body. The ice water instantly brought some coolness to the hot summer day.
"Sophia, what's wrong? It doesn't taste good? It can't possibly taste bad! I've already tasted it, it's sweet and delicious!" Adelaide looked at Sophia, who was standing there dumbfounded.
But Sofia did not respond to her.
"What's wrong with this Sofia?" Adelaide asked, puzzled. After drinking a glass of water, she sat there without moving.
"Never mind her, let me see how honey water with good stuff added is any different," Adelaide muttered to herself.
He then picked up his teacup and took a sip.
"Ah!" Is this what this amazing stuff does? It's incredible! It can turn water into ice water. It tastes so good, so refreshing! Will I be able to drink ice water like this every day from now on? That would be wonderful!
"What are you two doing? Keep 'ah! ah!' Don't be so surprised!"
"Master, I need to use that iron kettle to pour water." Adelaide was already eyeing the iron kettle covetously.
"Okay, pour it slowly." Ed realized after trying it himself that it was difficult for the water to freeze a person unless they were in it for a long time.
"Sure enough, the whole kettle is ice-cold! Ah! It's so refreshing to hold this kettle!" Adelaide didn't want to let go; it was so nice to hold something like this on a hot summer day.
"Sophia, what are you doing? Have some water." Adelaide filled Sophia's glass with water.
But Sofia remained in a daze until Adelaide called her, at which point she snapped out of it.
"Oh! Adelaide, you called me?"
"Sophia, what are you doing? Just sitting there. I've poured you another glass. Do you want to drink it? If you don't, it'll turn into hot water soon," Adelaide reminded Sophia.
"My lord, this white thing is amazing! It can turn water into ice water. I wonder if it has any other uses?" Sophia drank another cup.
"Yes, you can apply this ice water to the red and swollen areas, like the bumps on your heads. It will help them heal quickly," Ed reminded the two.
"How are you, Sophia?" Sophia felt a slight coolness seep through the teapot onto her head, instantly relieving her slightly red and hot forehead.
"Very good, Adelaide, you'll see once you try it." He handed her the teapot.
"Really! It feels so good! Master, let's go find some more tomorrow!"
Ed looked at them and smiled, saying:
"Oh, this? Just boil the water out of that jar again, and you don't need to collect any more."
