Fang Yue and Hui Hengwu walked side-by-side, making their way slowly down a corridor in the Observatory.
Fang Yue took a deep breath and carefully voiced his request. "Mr. Hui, I need to look at the files on Duke Wei and the Wei Family's top masters. I was wondering if you could possibly arrange that?"
Hearing this, Hui Hengwu's brow furrowed slightly.
He knew of the conflict between Fang Yue and Duke Wei and understood the risk this request entailed.
But seeing the determination in Fang Yue's eyes, he couldn't help but feel a surge of heroic spirit.
"My boy, since this is what you need, I will of course do everything in my power to help," Hui Hengwu said in a deep voice. "However, these files are top secret. You must act with caution and ensure nothing gets out."
Fang Yue nodded solemnly. "Rest assured, Mr. Hui. I know what's at stake."
Seeing this, Hui Hengwu said no more. He led Fang Yue around a few corners until they arrived before a remote storeroom.
