Aboard the carriage, Su Chen read the words on the coffin aloud.

The coffin vibrated.
A single eye emerged on the coffin lid. It seemed to want to open, as if sneering, eager to see which unlucky soul had awakened it. As it happened, it was hungry.
However, it couldn't open its eye.
The brilliant, sun-like Qi and blood stimulated it, making it screech in terror before it sullenly retreated into the Black Coffin.
