He paused. "You'd best take care of yourself."
Fiona Linden was soon hauled off to the police station by the bodyguards.
After that, Damian Fairchild went to find Rosalyn Winslow.
At the time, Rosalyn Winslow was lying in her hospital bed eating fruit; she had no idea Damian Fairchild was coming.
So when Damian Fairchild kicked the door open, she was so shocked she fell right out of bed.
His face was grim, and his presence was chilling. The look he gave her was sharper than a blade.
As Rosalyn Winslow used the bed frame to pull herself up, she instinctively recoiled.
"Jude, you… What are you doing here?"
Damian Fairchild took a step forward, looming over her. His voice was cold and sharp.
"Rosalyn Winslow, I'm giving you two choices. One: I'll give you one million in support, and you leave Aurelium and go back to your hometown in Azura by yourself. Two: I don't give you a dime, and I'll have my men tie you up and drag you back home to Azura. Make your choice!"
