Quinn Morgan had been in love with him since she was a girl.
She had been hurt by his heartlessness before, wounded time and time again. But now, as he bared his soul and professed his deep love, an indescribable flutter still stirred within her.
His kiss made her heart pound like a drum, and passion overwhelmed her. A thin sheen of moisture coated her eyes, making her gaze incredibly seductive.
She found it nearly impossible to resist Wyatt Quinn's kiss, losing herself in it completely without even realizing.
A sudden chill on her skin made her realize with a start that her clothes had been pushed down without her noticing.
Just then, a knock came from the door.
"Sir, Madam, Miss Noelle Winslow is here."
Quinn Morgan's heart skipped a beat. She hastily grabbed Wyatt Quinn's hand, stopping its wicked descent.
Her voice trembled, laced with a delicate, breathless quality. "You... stop. Noelle Winslow is here. We have to go downstairs."
