Su Qing gestured to his left shoulder, and only then did Kade realize that there really was a small creature on his master's shoulder.
Kade had previously thought his master just had a strange hobby, like enjoying having a small, green ball of water on his shoulder.
"Yes, Master."
Xiaoqing flew up.
It observed everything carefully as it circled Su Qing.
Su Qing also observed the creatures as he walked.
The strangest was a stone pet with a flower growing out of its head.
This stone pet naturally possessed the power of the Earth Dao Path, but had no Dao Path of its own.
It was born that way.
Possessing the power of a Dao Path was not the same as having a Dao Path, and there was no conflict between the two.
It was truly magical that such a small stone could even move.
Unfortunately, Su Qing wasn't particularly fond of it.
If he was going to get a pet, he preferred one of flesh and blood.
