A large group of people strode in. At the forefront was a young man with a sharply contoured face. His thin lips were slightly pursed, his features strikingly handsome and compelling, and his profound dark eyes were like bottomless pools. Beside him walked another young man dressed in white. He had an elegant, gentle aura—as mild as jade. His placid face carried a refined yet distant disposition.
"Are you trying to scare her with such a loud voice? What did this little kid do wrong?" Hugo Dalton stared at Tristan Sherwood with a piercing gaze.
Tristan was rendered speechless. He felt everyone's eyes locked onto him, making his face burn with a fiery sting. His expression twisted, on the verge of erupting at any second.
"Come here," Hugo beckoned to the little kid.
Iris "Little Kid" Dalton obediently walked over and softly called out, "Brother."
